Our Blue Period

As a web designer it is important to showcase your talents on your own site.  In June we started the creative process to build a new "Blue Newt" site. Our inspiration came from our love of the ocean and the mountains.  As we sat on the leather couch deciding what direction we'd take, the vision became clear.  What it even more interesting is the influence that the colour blue had on our subequent developments. 

The next two sites for development was for a Business Development Consultant, Larry Marconi.  The second site was for Mordechai Grun and his You Studios site. Funnily enough the colour blue was to provide us with the direction for both designs. 

As the colour blue ended up popping up in our web sites, I then took a look at the other designs we developed this year, and discovered that blue had infiltrated everything we were doing.  Thus I have dubbed this year Blue Newt's, 'Blue Period'. 

We have kept many of our clients favorites such as the: whose online module, the map, the poll modules.  In true Blue Newt design tradition we have made sure to include robust imagery to bring the web site to life, and most importantly a dynamic enviroment that keeps things changing, and fresh.  We hope you enjoy our new look.
