Historic Niagara Developments Inc.Historic Niagara Developments Inc. is a property development corporation that is run by President and CEO Mordechai Grun. Historic Niagara Developments purchased several properties located in downtown Niagara Falls. Although the downtown core was being abandoned by the businesses and the community; this property development company saw the potential in reviving this once vibrant location with the famous address. The vision was to create a downtown that the community would embrace once again, but would also be an additional attraction to the Niagara Falls tourist who was interested in an artsy, and unique shopping, dining and entertainment experience.
Historic Niagara Developments had actually owned several properties for a few years, however; it wasn't until Mordechai Grun was asked to spearhead the project that the development finally took off. Mordechai then found business development expert Larry Marconi, Larry being an expert in business and franchise development. At the time Larry Marconi and his wife were residing in California, involved in many business developments there. Being enticed by the challenge of the project of downtown Niagara Falls, Canadian born Larry Marconi decided to join the project and arrived in the spring of 2008.
